Road Maintenance

ALL ROADS ARE OPEN

4-way stop sign at Renwick and River Road

Today the intersection of Renwick and River Rd was made an all-way stop.  We have performed a number of traffic studies at the intersection.  There has also been a number of accidents also.  It was found that this is the first step towards a possible signal light at that intersection.  We understand at times this will cause delays but many of those times are also the very time students are goint to or leaving Plainfield Central High School.  Public safety is the reason for this implementation.

Thank you,
